AI, CAREFULLY
A starting point. Your final word.
Let AI organise material your practice already has. Every drafted item stays a draft until a clinician has reviewed it, and publishing is always a person’s decision.
Choose your source
Select the practice documents to use. Supply your protocols.
Prepare a draft
AI organises the material into pathway items, each with a reference to where it came from.
Review every item
Check the wording, placement and source. Resolve any question before a clinician publishes.
THE PRACTICE ASSISTANT
Help with the work around the pathway.
Ask about the practice information your role can already see. The assistant reports recorded values and prepares permitted changes for you to confirm. It does not interpret a patient’s condition or make clinical decisions.
Manual authoring remains available, and your practice owner can turn AI processing off; the change is recorded.
Add the authored task to a draft copy of Skin Cancer Procedure.
Try moving a card in the boardA real proposal needs your confirmation and the same role permissions as the ordinary portal.
CLEAR EXPECTATIONS
Drafts, decisions
and data.
Can AI publish a pathway?
No. Publishing is a clinician’s deliberate action, and an AI-drafted item cannot be published until it has been reviewed.
Does AI receive patient information?
Drafting receives only the documents you select. The assistant can receive structured health information under temporary references, along with what you type; that is still sensitive information and is handled as such.
Can we work without it?
Yes. Manual pathway authoring is always available, and the owner can turn AI processing off.
Where is processing done?
On Amazon Bedrock within Australia, in Sydney and Melbourne. Nothing is sent to a model outside Australia.
Which model is used?
A pinned Claude model on Amazon Bedrock. The model in use is named in the product’s AI notice.
